    Ldn instead of plaquenil

Writing, especially when it comes from my heart, has become a passion for me. Thank you for sharing in that passion with me and taking the time to read.

Obviously LDN is still being studied, but they do mention that it's low cost and that side effects are mild. And not to get completely off subject but I read a study that that Plaquenil was no more effective than a placebo. Of course the study was only for 24 weeks, but I find it interesting. Low Dose Naltrexone for Fibromyalgia and Nerve Pain Some physicians are prescribing low-dose naltrexone off label for a number of other conditions, including fibromyalgia, ME, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ALS, aka Lou Gehrig’s disease NIPH Systematic Reviews, April 2015. I was honored to speak about using low-dose naltrexone LDN for fibromyalgia recently at the LDN 2017 conference. Based on my clinical experience with LDN and what I learned from other speakers at the conference, here are some answers to frequently asked questions about this treatment.

  7. Low Dose Naltrexone LDN Upsides The drug should be relatively inexpensive compared to most other treatments for chronic pain. Normal dose naltrexone 50 mg tablets cost under $40 for a months supply. A compounding pharmacy should not charge an outrageous amount for making low dose naltrexone. LDN is being studied for a range of health.

I also listen to relaxation tapes when I go to bed, and try to breathe *into* the pain and tightness, instead of breathing shallowly to avoid pain. It's hard for me to measure how anything else is doing in regards to the LDN - the pain kind of swallows up awareness of anything else. I also use to get ulcers in my mouth and nose a lot. I still get them, but instead of having 8 or 9 at a time, at the moment I have one in my nose and one in my mouth. Ophthalmology were pretty happy with my eyes and my last appointment and my dry mouth has improved slightly. For me Plaquenil has been amazing. But it doesn't help everyone. Low Dose Naltrexone LDN The treatment you’ve never heard of Why haven’t you heard about this amazing new breakthrough for conditions ranging from autoimmunity to cancer? Perhaps because as of yet no company has stepped forward with the billions of dollars needed to do a large-scale study on low-dose naltrexone LDN.
