    Anyone use plaquenil - I have been on plaquenil for 2 months and waiting for it to work which may take up to 6 months. I have only had weight gain from it. I was on prednisone 10 mg along with plaquenil and had a severe flare up this past weekend. good luck and plaquenil is one of the lowest side effect drugs you can take. I will keep you posted on my RA soon! Good luck!
