    How long did it take for Plaquenil to work? lupus How long did it take for Plaquenil to work? I'm just curious how long it took everyone to start to notice a different. My dr said it would take 6-12 weeks to start to notice anything but I only started Plaquenil 3 weeks ago and I swear I can already notice a difference.
