    Do either hydroxychol/Plaquenil put you at risk for. I have been taking it for three yrs, with a reduction in my pain and inflamation do to lupus but still have other issues. I do suffer from side effects from Plaquinel acne, hair loss, mood disorders and muscle weakness. i am unable to stop taking it; but am able to reduce my daily dose to 200 mg.
